​How Do I Customize my Order?​

All pictures shown of our production are from actual orders and can be customized to your liking. If you have special requests, just chat or message us. If you order without any notes then you will receive your product as shown.



What Kind of Shirts Do You Use??

We only use the best. Bella + Canvas is our go to. Extremely soft and the best in the industry. For our DTG ( Direct to garment) shirts such as the birthday party or Team shirts, we use 100% polyester Dri-fit shirts. These shirts never shrink or fade for the life of the shirt.



Secure Ordering, Payment & Shipping Options

There are several payment options. All your information is secure, safe and never sold to third parties. We offer credit card payments, Paypal, Paypal Later and free local delivery. (Location restrictions apply)



Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are guaranteed based on production error only and not buyer remorse. Exchanges are accepted upon receiving item and reviewing at buyers shipping expense. ​
